- A few showers may brush the coastline from Florida to South Carolina.
- Tropical Depression Two-E formed in the eastern Pacific south of Acapulco Sunday evening.
- As of 2am PDT Monday the center of the depression was located 520 miles to the south of Acapulco and was moving toward the west at 6 mph with top winds of 35 mph.
- The depression is forecast to strengthen into Tropical Storm Bud later today and could become a hurricane by Tuesday night or Wednesday.
- A turn to the northwest and eventually north is projected during the first half of the week.
- This system could threaten the central Mexico coast late in the week.
